Routing Intelligence

How Routing Intelligence works: Scores are computed from the last 7 days of delivery data per provider and channel. ROUND_ROBIN route groups automatically use the highest-scored provider instead of random selection. If a channel's delivery rate falls below 70%, a fallback channel is recommended. Scores refresh every hour automatically, or manually via "Refresh Scores".
